I have seen Dr. Isaac for 15 years and counting, and she is the best dermatologist in Washington D.C. She is an expert in her field, uses the latest medicine and technology, and her commitment to care is thoughtful and meticulous. She keeps my skin healthy and glowing. I've literally received so many compliments about my skin, even from total strangers. I love how Dr. Isaac customizes my skin needs, so I can look and feel my best! Her staff members are attentive and always make me feel at home. Thank you, Dr. Isaac and staff!!
*Excellent* service and results—one glance around the waiting room and you see that everyone looks very “natural”. Dr Isaac and Rasheeda are both caring and creative in getting to the right medical and/or cosmetic skin care regimen. In particular, Dr Isaac was very thorough in a pre-cancer screening/ follow up; also, she was both patient and precise as we walked through various solutions, creating a clear plan to not only reverse current skin issues, but improve skin integrity over time (it is the body’s largest organ, after all). Rasheeda has been amazing at helping me stay on that plan, and also extremely experienced and knowledgeable.
I could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Isaac! I am in my late 20s and was starting to see wrinkles in my forehead before I got my first Botox treatment a few months ago. I was very hesitant and nervous about the experience but Dr. Isaac was patient and answered all of my questions. The results were amazing! She also prescribed a few treatments for hormonal breakouts and my skin has not been this clear in years! A few other added bonuses about the clinic: - They are super easy to schedule with and very friendly - I am in and out in 15 minutes - Their partner pharmacy (Care Connect Pharmacy) is SO easy to work with and ships prescriptions quickly and with ease I'd definitely recommend Dr. Isaac - even if just for a consultation!
Corrected Errors by Another Doctor Dr. Isaac has an amazing eye and great judgment. With another doctor (in Arlington), I had bad filler and Botox that left me with a drooping eyelid and weird bulges in the mid-face. I went to Dr. Isaac for a correction. Dr. Issac gave me an honest opinion about what she could do to help correct the situation. She was very conservative and advised that I do less than I wanted to do; mostly that I just wait. She had good reasons for everything she recommended. She turned out to be absolutely right. She could have upsold me on a bunch of procedures but she didn't. I saw her a second time, six months later, and she performed some natural-looking work. I am looking more like myself again! She has a great eye for balance and understands what looks natural. Highly recommend.
Dr Isaac and Sheeda really made my first time getting treatment the best possible experience. They answered all of my questions and made me very comfortable. Dr Isaac asked me to hold a mirror as we discussed areas of concern during pretreatment and during the botox injections. Her assistant was very also knowledgeable. I really appreciate the doctor’s attention to my treatment goals and her guidance through treatment. Highly recommended
