Dr. Isaac is not only the best dermatologist I've had, but one of the best doctors I've met in the past 40 years. It's so rare to get more than just a few minutes with a doctor -- most of which time they spend trying to flip through notes to remember which patient you are. Dr. Isaac spends a considerable amount of time with each patient, relative to other doctors, and all of the time is spent focused on you. She is thorough, incredibly educated and tuned into your specific needs, and she is very relatable. I've seen many dermatologists who've wasted my time with guesses and "shot in the dark" attempts to fix issues, where problems could've been cleared up in a visit or two, but were drug out over months to years. This is not the case with Dr. Isaac. She identifies the issue the first time, and if she can resolve it in one visit, she tries her best. I'm 100% satisfied with her and would continue to see her for as long as I'm in the area.
I have seen Dr Isaac twice and will not see anyone else! She and her entire staff are simply the best. Not only in terms of services. They are all friendly, fun and professional. I am beyond pleased with my services: Botox, fillers, microneedling. I also use all her recommended products and my skin has never looked or felt better:) I HIGHLY recommend!!
Dr. Isaacs and her team are the best. I've been to several dermatology practices in the DC/MD area over the years, and hers is far above any others. The staff are professional and friendly, and Dr. Isaacs is so warm and encouraging aside from being amazing at what she does.
My experience was so professional and super beneficial with my treatment administered by Laura. She was fantastic and hope they realize what a gem they have in her at their practice.
Dr. Isaac and her entire staff are simply wonderful! I’ve seen her for several years now, and have recommended her to dozens of friends. Not only is she exceptionally knowledgeable, but she is extremely respectful and forthright, and never pushy. She makes honest and thoughtful recommendations on procedures that would be beneficial, and I can honestly say that I’ve never looked or felt better while in her care. On my last visit, she made some recommendations on some small “tweaks” that we could make to help me look a bit fresher, as well as feel a little bit better about a few areas of insecurity – and they were genius! Those tweaks have made a HUGE difference, and I feel fantastic. She never “overdoes” it, and is honest about what is and isn’t needed (she has, on a number of occasions, told me that I do not need a specific procedure, which I really do appreciate). She is subtle in her execution, and no one would ever know that I see her as much as I do Every single compliment I receive on my skin is a true testament to the fact that she is not only smart, but a true artist in her field, and I trust her implicitly! I also love all of the women who work in the office – they are extremely friendly, and always put a smile on my face when I’m there.
My family and I have been going to Dr. Isaac’s practice for over a decade. I can say, without a doubt, Dr. Isaac is the best dermotologist in the DC area. The women in my family, ranging from 26 to 60 currently, have received the full spectrum of treatments ranging from teenage acne treatments to cool sculpting, Botox and age/sun spot treatments. I am the youngest of the women of our family, and I played a sport in college which required me to be outside in the sun anywhere from 5-10 hours a day. Sadly, I was not as good about wearing sunscreen and taking care of my skin. I came out of college with severe sun damage and spotting on my face and shoulders. Over the past six months, Dr. Isaac and her team of trained experts have improved my skin so much so that I virtually have no visible sun damage to my face, neck or shoulders. I am so thankful to Dr. Isaac and her amazing team. Dr. Isaac is thoughtful, caring and an absolute genius. She listens very carefully to your concerns and does everything in her power to meet your expectations and requests. She has trained her staff members to be just like her. We have been seeing Laura for the same amount of time and she is Dr. Isaac’s clone in terms of professionalism and care. The office is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. I feel like the most beautiful woman whenever I step into and (especially) out of her office. I could go on and on about how wonderful Dr. Isaac and her amazing team is but I’ll spare writing a review the length of a novel. Needless to say I’ve been extremely happy with the level of service and treatments I’ve received at this practice. I will continue to see Dr. Isaac as long as she’ll have me, I’m a lifer!
My first visit was about 9 years ago when I had cystic acne. I appreciated that she didn't mess around and try every other acne medication on me and knew exactly what I needed. I had some acne scarring from that, so fast forward to now when I finally went back. The office was amazing then and now, with just newer advanced treatments. Everyone on Dr. Isaac's team is extremely friendly, knowledgeable in their position and go over the top to make you comfortable. As for the treatments, I am doing the Infini and VBeam lasers. After one treatment my scarring was at least 50% better, thanks to Laura! She gave me a detailed print out of after care instructions and communicated with the front office about future appointments and products that I needed, both of which are super helpful. I cannot recommend Dr. Isaac or her team highly enough!
Dr Isaac listened to my needs and recommended the best solution. There was no pressure just an interest in making me feel better about my looks! My first visit but now my new doctor!
Dr. Isaac and her staff are the best. They are professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, respectful of one's wants and concerns. There is no pressure, no salesmanship, only listening to one's concerns, addressing those concerns, and working with you to get the results that one hopes for.
