Consultation review: Honest and Ethical I went for a free consultation regarding my thighs. Sheeda was extremely knowledgable and told me I needed a procedure performed by a plastic surgeon. When I inquired about other areas, she told me I did not need the procedure. I was very impressed with her honesty. I would definitely use them!
DR. ISAAC is the only MD that I will allow to inject Botox she is a fantastic MD
Dr. Isaac and her entire office are incredible! The ladies at the front desk are very kind and helpful with scheduling and rescheduling if things pop up. All the nurses and estheticians are knowledgeable and kind. I also liked that she employs mostly women of color. Dr. Isaac is not pushy and just wants her patients to be happy and healthy.

I have seen Dr. Issac several times now and had to write a review. On my first visit I knew immediately that I found the best dermatologist! She listened to my concerns, made me feel at ease, and re-assured me that laser treatment was the best course of action. I was so confident that I had the initial treatment at the time of our first consultation. Each treatment Dr. Issac and her staff take time to explain everything and listen. The results have been absolutely amazing! I have had rosacea for many years and now it seems gone. Dr. Issac is truly an expert with laser treatment. I appreciate her warm bedside manner and care. Thank you for the wonderful results.
I wish every medical office was as professional, efficient and courteous as Dr. Isaacs! She is a gifted doctor and her team, esp Sheda, are the absolute best. I wish I had gone to her sooner.
I’ve been seeing Dr Isaac for years. I simply can’t say enough good things about her and her practice. Her incredible knowledge, her attention to detail, the state of the art technology, and the consistently outstanding results. She also knows how to build a fantastic team - dedicated to providing the best service and results. There’s nowhere else I would go. She is the best.
I was quite nervous getting CO2 fractional laser treatment but Dr Isaac and her team, especially Rasheeda and Abby, made me calm with a friendly professionalism. Dr Isaac listened to me when I asked for an “assertive” treatment and responded accordingly with genuine empathy. One week later and I am excited with the results, although I do have some peeling around the mouth left. My skin is smooth, pores reduced and textured improved. I definitely have noticed a reduction in fine lines around both eyes. While this treatment may not be for everyone (the downtime is at least a week) it was the correct choice for me. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Dr Isaac and the MI Skin Dermatology team!
Dr. Isaac is not only the best dermatologist I've had, but one of the best doctors I've met in the past 40 years. It's so rare to get more than just a few minutes with a doctor -- most of which time they spend trying to flip through notes to remember which patient you are. Dr. Isaac spends a considerable amount of time with each patient, relative to other doctors, and all of the time is spent focused on you. She is thorough, incredibly educated and tuned into your specific needs, and she is very relatable. I've seen many dermatologists who've wasted my time with guesses and "shot in the dark" attempts to fix issues, where problems could've been cleared up in a visit or two, but were drug out over months to years. This is not the case with Dr. Isaac. She identifies the issue the first time, and if she can resolve it in one visit, she tries her best. I'm 100% satisfied with her and would continue to see her for as long as I'm in the area.
